We also cultivate raw cotton and process 100% cotton ring spinning plant with a capacity of 16,000 spindles near our Ginning factory in Faisalabad. It enables us to understand the raw cotton in a much better way through forward integration, which gives us an edge over our competitors to outperform them.

Processing & Packing
Ginning is the first mechanical process involved in processing cotton. Our Ginning mill separates cotton fibers from the seed bolls and dust particles. We believe in promoting the business to produce better quality of cotton and are ISO certified. The procedure are using for top quality cotton processing like, Pre-Cleaners, Double Roller Gins/Saw Gins, Automatic Feeders, Weighbridges, Humidifiers, Lint Cleaners, Double Stage Oil Hydraulic Presses, etc. We give extra care for the packing of our cotton bales. We use good quality of cotton cloth and fully cover our bales from all the sides to prevent the damage from dust etc during the transit. The cotton is packed as per standard export packaging requirements in Cotton Cloth bags with pet straps and sticker labeling on bales. We also do packing as per the specific requirement of our valuable customers. The average weight of one cotton bale is approx 170 kgs and the dimensions are: 50 inches x 50 inches x 22 inches.

We offer the best quality Cotton Seeds in the market. Cotton Seeds are mainly used for cattle feed, extracting cotton seed oil and producing cotton seed cake. We also offer excellent quality Raw Cotton that is widely used in making cotton yarns, cotton fabrics, textiles and other cotton products. Raw Cotton that we provide is breathable, anti-bacterial and eco-friendly.
Quality Control
We use Internationally Recognized testing facilities which help us to maintain our quality and supply least contaminated cotton
as per international quality standard. We also use the services of SGS Labs for cotton/yarn testing.
